About Deluxe Bath & Kitchen

Deluxe Bath & Kitchen is the trade name of Uplifting Construction Inc, a California corporation licensed by the Contractors State License Board since 16 May 2016 as a general building contractor (Class B, General Building, licence #1014179). The licence’s qualifying individual and the company’s owner is Nestor Daniel Moya. We work from 10561 River Rd in Forestville and remodel kitchens, bathrooms and showers across Sonoma County.

How a job runs

  1. Consultation. We meet at the house and look at the room with you.
  2. Measure & plan. Layout, fixtures and finishes settled before anything is priced.
  3. Written quote. One price and a schedule, in writing, before any work starts.
  4. The build. One crew, demolition through the last fixture, the house kept livable.

Where the work needs permits we manage the application and the inspections. Water damage, dry rot and failing subfloors found when a room is opened up are repaired before anything new goes on.

Permitted work on the public record

  • Home rebuilt after the 2017 Tubbs fire, Santa Rosa. A new single-family home of 3,284 sq ft with four bedrooms, three and a half baths, an attached garage and a covered porch, built with fire sprinklers. Permit finaled.
  • Repair of a fire-damaged house, San Anselmo. Fire-damage repair of a single-family dwelling, permit issued in 2025.
  • Roof replacement, Windsor. Concrete roof tiles torn off and replaced with 50-year shingles. Permit finaled in 2025.
