This website is published by Uplifting Construction Inc, doing business as Deluxe Bath & Kitchen (“Deluxe,” “we”), a licensed general building contractor (CSLB #1014179) at 10561 River Rd, Forestville, CA 95436. By using the site you accept these terms.

The site is information, not a contract

Everything on this site describes the kind of work we do. It is not an offer, an estimate or a promise of price, scope or schedule. Remodeling work is governed solely by the written proposal and contract prepared for each client after we have visited the property, as California contracting law requires. Photographs and renderings illustrate the standard of work we aim for; individual results depend on each home.

Enquiries

Submitting the enquiry form or contacting us creates no obligation on either side. By giving us your phone number or email you agree we may contact you about your enquiry. How we handle what you send is described in the privacy policy.

Use of the site

You may browse, link to and share this site freely. You may not scrape it to misrepresent our business, republish its content as your own, or use it to send us unlawful or deceptive material. The text, photographs, renderings and drawings on this site belong to Deluxe or are used with permission, and may not be reused commercially without our written consent.

Third-party links

Where the site links to third parties, such as the Contractors State License Board, those sites have their own terms and we are not responsible for their content.

No warranties for the site; limits on liability

The site is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and available but do not warrant that it is error-free. Nothing in these terms limits the statutory rights a client has under a signed construction contract or under California consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute about the site belongs to the courts of Sonoma County, California.
