Sebastopol remodeling starts with the address
A Sebastopol mailing address can refer to a property inside the City of Sebastopol or outside city limits in unincorporated Sonoma County. That changes which agency handles permits. We confirm the jurisdiction before pricing structural changes, additions, plumbing moves, or other permitted work. For older homes, we also look closely at the existing framing, plumbing, electrical system, subflooring, and previous remodel work before defining the scope.
